This song has been known as "Looking at You" and was long assumed to be a Dave Matthews original; however, it is actually a VERY loose cover of a song made popular by Scott Fitzgerald & Yvonne Keeley in 1977 and also featured in the movie Babe. While Dave's lyrics are almost completely improvised, the song is obviously based on "If I Had Words."
It's not really accurate to call this a cover, but it's also not really an original, and we have to put it in one category or the other.
